eco + durable / for all seasons

constructed for living
our cotton broadcloth is woven in South Korea where the cloth is then specially treated with an air-wash finish, dramatically reducing the water and energy consumption typically used in the production of traditional broadcloth. this process results in crisp and hard-wearing garments that are cut and pieced together by hand in our tamaki makaurau workroom.

knitted or woven fabric pieced together

this garment has been created by our team of talented craftspeople in our Tamaki Makaurau (Auckland) workroom in a small production run, utilising zero-waste practices. it consists of shaped panels of knitted or cut woven fabric that are pieced together. trims are pressed before being attached. each garment is then hand-finished, quality-checked, pressed, labelled, and folded.

care

for now and forever / for your lifetime

designed to be low-maintenance

this knit is designed to be low-maintenance, requiring a simple hand wash in cold water with a gentle, bleach-free soap. rinse and gently squeeze water before rolling the knit in a clean town to absorb excess water (never twist or wring water from the knit). lay the garment flat to dry in an airy, shaded space by washing less, spot-treating stains, and airing your knit, you preserve the quality and contribute to caring for papatūānuku. find out more about garment care
