  • any goods supplied or sold by Standard Issue are sold or supplied under the contract of New Zealand law. the laws of sale and contract by any other country do not apply.

pricing

  • currency and taxes: all prices on our website are displayed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) for NZ customers (prices include a 15% goods and services tax (GST)), and in Australian dollars (AUD) for Australian customers.  
  • international orders: customers outside New Zealand will be charged in NZD. the final amount charged to your credit card may vary due to exchange rates at the time of purchase, and your credit card issuer may apply currency conversion fees, which Standard Issue does not cover. 

 web only pricing

  • prices listed on our website apply exclusively to online purchases and may differ from prices in physical stores. 

payment

  • we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Union Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay for online payments. your credit card details are encrypted and securely processed; and are not shared with any third parties. 
  • orders will be shipped only after full payment has been received and processed, typically within two business days for Visa and Mastercard transactions.  

order acceptance and fulfillment

  • all orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, for example limitations on quantities available for purchase. 
  • in the event that we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund where applicable. 

returns and exchanges

  • we offer a 10 day return policy for unworn and undamaged items. please refer to our returns policy for detailed instructions on how to return or exchange a product. 
  • customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrectly shipped by us.

  • all content included on our website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Standard Issue or its content suppliers and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws.

we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. this privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information in relation to our customer match service for Google Ads.

  • what is customer match? customer match is a feature offered by Google Ads that allows us to upload a list of our customers' email addresses to Google. Google will then match these email addresses to Google users who have the same email addresses associated with their Google accounts. this enables us to target ads to our customers or similar audiences across Google properties.
  • what information do we collect? we collect the email addresses of our customers who have agreed to receive marketing communications from us. we also collect information about how customers interact with our marketing emails, such as whether they open or click on them.
  • how do we use your information? we use the email addresses and interaction data we collect to create a list of customers for customer match on Google Ads. this allows us to show our customers and similar audiences relevant ads across Google properties. 
  • do we share your information? we do not share your personal information with any third parties, except for Google, for the purpose of Customer Match.
