How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders within New Zealand will be delivered within approximately three working days. Deliveries to Australia will take approximately six working days.

If you need your order urgently, we can arrange the fastest possible courier option available. Costs and delivery times vary depending on where the item is being sent, but to get an idea of the cost visit www.courierpost.co.nz

What should I do if my order doesn’t show up?

Have we sold out of an item you'd like?

If the item you wish to order is temporarily out of stock, you may wish to place it on backorder. Email us on orders@standardissue.co.nz with the out of stock item you wish to order. We will be in touch to arrange payment and advise you of expected date of despatch. We will despatch the item to you as soon as it becomes available.
