Delivery & Returns

NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY

P&P is free for all NZ deliveries.

We endeavor to dispatch items within 1 working day of receiving your order, you will receive and email once you order has been processed.

Please state your daytime address to ensure your parcel gets to you a.s.a.p. You will receive a tracking number in your email. NOTE: We cannot courier to PO Boxes. If you have requested delivery to a PO Box we can only offer an un-tracked postal service.

We use Courier Post which will deliver in one to two working days for North Island and two to three working days for South Island. 

For urgent deliveries, please contact us on orders@standardissue.co.nz and we can arrange the fastest possible courier option to your area. The additional courier charge will be payable by you.

 

AUSTRALIA DELIVERY

P&P is $20 for all orders under $200, and free for orders over $200 (NZD).

We use New Zealand Post which will deliver in one to three working days.

REST OF WORLD DELIVERY

P&P is $50 for all orders under $500, and free for orders over $500 (NZD).

We endeavour to despatch items within 1 working day of receiving your order, you will receive and email once you order has been processed.

Please state your daytime address to ensure your parcel gets to you a.s.a.p. You will receive a tracking number in your email.

We use New Zealand Post which will deliver in two to five working days. 

 

RETURNS

You can return any item within ten days of the order date for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different item. If you live overseas, we will accept a longer return period provided you notify us in writing within ten days.

All goods will be inspected on return. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for refund or exchange. Standard Issue reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchange if the item is not in its original condition.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We recommend you use a postal service that allows you to track your goods and insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.

Please allow five working days for returns to be processed.

Please choose carefully when purchasing sale items as no credits or refunds will be made on sale goods unless faulty. Exchanges of the same style are permitted if stock is available.

All returns must be accompanied by a returns form, which will come with your order.
