restore offers a repair and refresh service for your knitwear. this service can be selected for garments with 1-2 small holes or a small area of damage. our in-house experts will mend, de-pill (if required), steam and press your knit and promptly post back to you on completion.
price is for a full restore service for 1 garment. for multiple garments please adjust the quantity accordingly.
if your knitwear has multiple holes or has more extensive areas of damage, we recommend using our bespoke service to receive a personalised quote for repair. restore - bespoke.
following purchase of our restore service, a reusable mailer will be sent to you with additional instructions. you can expect return of your garment within 4 weeks from receipt into our workroom. please note we are unable to repair marks or stains. this service is only available to New Zealand customers.

on purchasing our restore service a reusable mailer will be sent to you. this mailer will include a label for return to our workroom. place your laundered knit for restoration inside the mailer and attach the label provided to the outside of the package.
you can either book a courier pick-up or drop the mailer at your local post office. book courier or find closest post office here.
for the health and safety of our team all knitwear returned for mending must be laundered. we cannot accept garments that have not been washed.
we are unable to repair threadbare items, marks/stains or garments with significant holes/tears.
if we receive your knitwear and it is deemed a complex mend, we will be in touch to discuss additional costs to restore your garment through our bespoke service.
some items may be found to be unrepairable by our expert menders, we will contact you to discuss the next best step in this instance.
