Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

All products purchased on pre-order must be paid for in full at the time of order.

You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund prior to item being dispatched.

Once item is dispatched you can return the item within ten days from the dispatch date for a refund or exchange. All other elements of our standard returns policy apply. 

Items will be shipped as they become available.

If an order combines in-stock and pre-ordered items, they will be shipped separately as availability permits.

We will offer an estimate on the delivery window, and will be in contact as each item becomes available for shipping.
